My passion & expertise is helping business owners flourish, in both their professional & personal lives. From an early career in London's financial markets, then emigrating to Australia over 20 years ago, I left the corporate world & became a business owner. Taking my own fast growing, award winning company, to an exit in less than 7 years. After a 3 year world travel sabbatical, that included stints building homes for underprivileged children in Central America, I began working as a Growth & Certified Exit Advisor to business in the $1m-75m  revenue range, internationally. I also spent time as a member of  Australia's flagship business advisory think tank, security cleared at the Federal Government level, that influenced over $1.4b of increased revenue growth + a 83% increase in EBIT, across hundreds of Australian businesses. Simply put, through this journey, I have observed a vast range of scenarios, business models, challenges, & the solutions to overcome them. Continuing to learn a lot more along the way about what works & what doesn't. This multidisciplinary experience combined with more recent insider knowledge of how the M&A & Business Broker world operates, including business valuations & business sales, enables me to offer business owners a unique perspective with genuine insights regarding how best to overcome their challenges to achieve their objectives.
